Are we a fit?
Coaching for international professionals in social impact who seek fulfilment, purpose and growth in their career.
I have a special place in my heart for people who strive to make a difference despite our complex and increasingly volatile world. Who read news beyond their own country's borders and engage with global issues.
People who live an international life and who are on a quest to find belonging and identity amidst constant transitions and relationships across cultures.
People who see personal growth not as the endpoint but as a journey. People who are into self-knowledge and personality systems like DISC, human design, and Enneagram. Those who fill out personality quizzes like others do crosswords.
Whose attention is rapt when they read or listen to Brene Brown, Bruce Lipton, Carol Dweck, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Erin Meyer, Gabor Mate, Glenn Doyle, Gretchen Rubin, Mel Robbins, Priya Parker, Scott Barry Kaufman, Simon Sinek, Stephanie Harrison, Sonia Choquette, Tara Swart or Yung Pueblo.
ARE WE A GOOD FIT?
We would be a great fit, if
You want clarity on your professional future that align my life and work priorities, in the short and longer-term, with an actionable plan to achieve it.
You want to create momentum in your career, right now. You’re done with procrastination and ready to gain traction.
You know your inner game is not up to par with your outer game. You know that to make that next career move, you need the practical things in place (clarity, a plan) and a new level of leading yourself (emotional and mental resilience).
You want to be financially rewarded for your work, but money isn’t your primary driver. Fulfilment and impact guide your career decisions.
And we’re an especially good fit, if any of these resonate:
You want to (finally) bring out the best in you - your strengths, expertise, and unique value. You’re done playing small.
You seek life-work integration, not just work-life balance. You see your work and life as intertwined, and while you’re prepared to work hard, you don’t want your private life to suffer.
You believe work should be as diverse as life. You’re tired of linear thinking and are eager to embrace your multifaceted talents. You’ve always felt that you’re more than just one career or one path and are ready to forge a fresh, unique way forward.
You want to follow your inner compass more. You’ve exhausted yourself navigating solely through logic, and it hasn’t worked. You want help accessing your intuition.
You yearn to flow more easily with life. You’re tired of seeing everything as hard work and want to embrace more ease and joy.
You’re as committed to your spiritual growth as much as to your professional growth. You don’t cringe at the mention of quantum physics or spirituality—you understand we live in an interconnected, holistic universe.
Unfortunately we might not be a good fit, if:
You’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do (specific roles, companies, country context). Mentors, consultants, or recruiters are better suited for that. While we will tackle the practical aspects of your career (strategy, pitch, CV, …), my strength is equipping you with the resources (within yourself and your network) to clarify what you want, improve your materials, embrace new skills like networking, and bring out your best to achieve it.
You’re seeking a head-hunter or employment specialist with a ‘black book’ of contacts who will position you for roles.
You’re not ready for a dedicated 3-month coaching commitment. The deep mental and emotional shifts I help clients achieve don’t happen in a few sporadic sessions. I meet with my clients every two weeks and support them in between. This creates a momentum that stacks up! I'm not the right coach for you if you’re looking for unstructured, occasional coaching.
You’re unwilling to invest time (about 1 hour per week outside of sessions) for reflection or action. I want you to reach your goals, which requires headspace outside our sessions.

Nine influences of how I coach
CAN YOU AFFORD IT?
Would putting yourself through a coaching journey strain you financially?
Take a moment to consider if bespoke coaching is within reach for you financially.
The minimum investment is £550 per month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Coaching is not a quick fix (see this article), but a sustained growth process. After the initial three months, you can cancel anytime or adjust to a scaled-down journey based on your needs.
If you’re nodding along and feel this is the right time for you, I invite you to schedule a coaching discovery call with me by clicking the button below.
This is an obligation-free deep dive into your current situation. By the end of the call, if - and only if - we both feel genuine excitement about moving forward together, we’ll discuss the next steps.
What happens in the discovery call?
If you’re ready to invest in coaching, a free 45-minute coaching discovery call is the first step. The call is designed to:
Clarify your biggest challenge right now and what overcoming these would look like.
Discuss what you need now and whether my coaching journey can support you.
Determine whether we are a good fit for one another.
This is not a sales call, but a mutual conversation about coaching and whether I can support you.
